The Academy opens its first intake early 2027. Join in that intake and your rate is locked for as long as you stay a member, even as later pricing rises. If you leave, the founding rate ends with your membership, and rejoining is at the rate of the day. That is the whole deal, and it only exists once.

Week one is the masterclass, live and then in the replay vault. Week two is the PM Peer Room for Launch and Agency members, which meets fortnightly. Week three is the landlord Q&A clinic with Lee-Ann. Week four is the Principals' Roundtable for Agency members. Law-change alerts land whenever the NT rules move, and every quarter the Darwin office hosts a free members' morning.

Yes. The Members' Room is run by the Academy team and Lee-Ann is in it through the week. The standard is professional and practical: real questions worked properly, no vendor spam, no pile-ons, and what members share about their own numbers stays in the room.

Yes. Every tier is month to month, so cancel whenever you like and you are not charged again. Anything you have already downloaded stays yours. The one thing that does not survive a cancellation is a founding rate.

Any time. Move from Landlord to Launch to Agency the day you outgrow your tier, and we credit what you have already paid for the month. Founding members keep founding pricing on the tier they move to.

Yes, for as long as you are a member. NT tenancy law is reforming in tranches, so every affected course and template is updated, and members get a plain-English alert explaining what moved and what to do. You are never quietly left on an old rule.

It is built on the NT Residential Tenancies Act 1999 and how NTCAT actually runs, not a national template dressed up for the Territory. Any hard figure, like a bond cap or a notice period, is flagged in-course to check against current Consumer Affairs NT guidance before you rely on it.

If the first month is not for you, tell us within fourteen days of your first payment and we refund it, no questions asked. After that there is no lock-in, so you simply cancel and you are not billed again.
